Last updated: —

This is a draft for review and is not yet legally binding. It must be reviewed and finalised (including filling in company and contact details) before it can be relied on.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MyFinance Family. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

MyFinance Family is a personal-finance tool that lets you record accounts, budgets, goals and transactions and import bank statements to organise your finances. It is provided for personal, informational use.

2. Not financial advice

The app organises and displays your own data. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and its figures (including parsed statements and net-worth totals) may contain errors. Always confirm important numbers against your official bank records before making decisions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes and your own data.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Do not upload content you have no right to process.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, including decisions made based on the figures it displays.

8. Contact and governing law
